So you want to copy these game cds.Well your going to need a few things.First of all your going to need a computer perferably a Pentium 120 with 16 megs of ram.Second your going to need a cd-recorder that supports DAO(Disc-At-Once)recording.Third you will need the software there are many types of software the main ones are CDRWIN,EASYCD-PRO95,DAO,NERO,and a few othersI personally use CDRWIN I have had no problems with it.There are diffrent kinds of CDs out there,Well heres a few there are CD-DA(Audio),CD-I(Interactive),Mode1(standard CD-ROM),and last but not least Mode2(CD-XA)Extended Arcitecture.Right now were going to worry about mode1 and mode2.If your recording Sega Saturngames you need to set the software up to record in Mode1,If your recording PlayStationgames you need to set the software up to record in Mode2.I know that CDRWIN auto detectsthe type of CD so that is'nt a problem.Know the how to,well open up CDRWIN assuming you have a SCSI CD-Reader put the Sat/PSX disk in the reader,then insert the blank CD into theCD-Recorder(SCSI),Now you want to click on the read disk button,It will begin to read the diskwhile this process is taking place you may want to watch the tele,It will take a while if all goes right after the reading it will start recording,If done correctly you will have a CD-R gameNow to run the you need a MOD-CHIP on both systems I know more about the PSX mod chip,There is asite for a Saturn chip,I will get back with you on it.

The diffrences between PAL,NTSC,and SECAM

To begin with PAL stands for Phase Alteration Line which is a videoformat used in Australia and Western Europe.It displays 25 frames persecond.The picture is better than NTSC but has low sound quality.Also this is what the UK and Austrailian playstation uses to display graphics.You can run NTSC games and videos but they will be in black and white unlessyou get a SCART cable then it will appear in color.Now this is the standard my country uses which is NTSC it meansNational Television Standard Connection this is the video standard used in the US,Canada,and Japan.NTSC has better sound than PAL and has a faster frame rate it displays at 30 frames per second.A PALsignal cannot be viewed on a NTSC television if you try the picturewill roll really fast and you can't make a picture out of it.Next is a video format called SECAM it means Sequential Couleur Avec Memoire orSequential Color With Memory this video format is used in France and Eastern EuropeIt runs at 25 frames per second.You can run PAL on SECAM and SECAM on PAL televisionsbut NTSC will not work with SECAM.To my knowledge no game machines use this format.Other than that I dont know more than that.
